All professionals undergo a selection process, tests, and guidance before joining the A2R SERVICES team, and they are constantly evaluated, including by you through a satisfaction survey. In case of any issues related to the service performed, you must notify us no later than the day after the cleaning so that a professional can be scheduled to come back and address the mentioned problems.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning is regular maintenance, focused on visible areas. Deep cleaning is more comprehensive, including hard to reach places like behind furniture, grime, aiming for a difficult cleaning.
How do move-in and move-out cleaning services work?
Our move-in and move-out cleaning services are ideal when you're moving into a new home or leaving one. We perform a detailed cleaning to ensure the space is immaculate for the next step.
Which regions does A2R SERVICES serve?
Currently, we serve Orlando and the surrounding region within a radius of up to 30 miles.
What are the residential cleaning options?
Standard Cleaning: This includes vacuuming, dusting, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, floor cleaning, and garbage removal.
Deep Cleaning: In addition to the tasks of standard cleaning, deep cleaning involves more intensive work. It's recommended when the house hasn't been cleaned for a while, requiring more time, effort, and stronger cleaning products.
General Cleaning: This covers everything in standard cleaning, plus tasks like cleaning fans, doors, air vents, lighting, baseboards, and windows from the inside.
Important: If you contract standard cleaning but our professionals determine that the job requires deep cleaning, they will proceed with the deeper cleaning tasks and you will be charged accordingly.
Do you use safe cleaning products?
A2R SERVICES provides the basic products and materials needed for cleaning, if you use any specific product of your choice, you must inform us through the customer file, provide the product and guide our cleaning team. The team are advised not to use abrasive products that can damage furniture and floors.
How do I schedule a cleaning service?
Scheduling a service is easy! You can reach us by phone or through our website. We'll work together to find the best date and time that suits your needs.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's not necessary. Many clients choose to provide secure access to their home. However, if you prefer to be present, we are flexible.
Do you offer commercial cleaning services for businesses?
Yes, we provide commercial cleaning services for a variety of businesses and spaces, ensuring clean and sanitized environments for employees and customers.
What services are not included in the cleaning?
For regular cleaning contracts, the internal cleaning of cabinets, refrigerators, ovens, lamps, fans, bedding, dishwashing, windows, and cleaning of external areas are not included. If you require any of these additional services, please communicate your needs in advance so that they can be arranged for an extra cost. It is important to note that moving heavy furnitures, cleaning at heights, or tasks involving potential risks, such as the use of high ladders, are excluded.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to address the situation according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.
How is payment for the service processed?
After the completion of the cleaning, you will receive an invoice with payment options including Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and Credit Card.
